Whether it’s a collar foil-stamped with a name only you use, or a one-of-a-kind combination made to suit your dog, or your life, precisely, we are pleased to offer a discreet service for those seeking something singular. From simple engravings to full custom creations, every request is approached as a collaboration between client, advisor, and artisan, and handled with the same care and consideration as the piece itself. We cannot promise every idea is possible, but we will always do our utmost to accommodate it.

  • Bespoke Pieces

    For those seeking something entirely their own, we offer a private commissions service.

    This may include a unique leather colour, a custom hardware finish, a combination not currently offered, or a completely new concept. Past commissions have included dog-and-owner sets, one-off presentation pieces, and special occasion creations.

    All commissions are developed in close conversation with the client, and each is assessed individually, based on materials, craftsmanship, and availability.

  • The Process

    Every commission begins with a conversation.

    Whether in person or remotely, a dedicated Client Advisor will guide you through the possibilities, discussing colour, materials, hardware, sizing, and any personal requirements. For certain commissions, measurements, photographs, or fittings may be requested to ensure the final piece is considered from every angle.

    Once a proposal has been agreed, our artisans will begin work. Throughout the process, we remain in close contact, providing guidance and updates until your piece is ready for presentation.

  • Personal Touches

    A small inscription. A quiet detail. A name, a note, a meaning known only to the two of you.

    We offer complimentary engraving on all Chloe King charms, with space for a name, initials, or a short message. Simply add your desired inscription at checkout, and we will ensure it is engraved with precision and care.

    For our leather goods, including collars, cuffs, and leads, discreet foil stamping may be requested. This may include initials, a name, or a brief phrase, subject to design, placement, and feasibility. These requests are considered special orders and may require additional lead time.
